During the period of international exhibitions and large-scale events held at the International Fair Plovdiv, special reservation conditions apply at BWP Plovdiv Hills Hotel:
• Reservations are made with prior confirmation and guarantee
• Prepayment is required in an amount determined by the hotel for the respective period
• A minimum stay applies, in accordance with the conditions of the specific exhibition
• Cancellations or changes to the reservation are possible until a specified date, after which penalties apply
• In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged
• Rates and conditions during exhibition periods cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts unless expressly agreed otherwise
We recommend making an early reservation due to limited availability and high demand during exhibition periods.
