Policies and Guidelines
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to comply with the following rules:

• Please inform us at the time of booking that you will be traveling with a pet.
• Only dogs and cats up to 20 kg are allowed. All other types of pets require prior approval from the hotel.
• For the safety and comfort of your pet and our housekeeping team, room cleaning is performed only when the pet is not inside the room. Please notify the Reception Desk of a suitable time.
• Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets.
• Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas of the hotel (lobby, hallways, etc.).
• The hotel is not responsible for pets; they remain under the full supervision and responsibility of their owners.
  
• Pet owners are responsible for any damage or incidents caused to hotel property during their stay, as well as any associated costs.
  
• In the event of incidents such as bites or attacks involving guests or other animals, the appropriate authorities will be notified.
• Pets must not be left unattended, except in exceptional situations and only for a short period of time.
• Any disturbances such as barking or whining must be promptly addressed to ensure the comfort of other guests.
• A pet accommodation fee of 50.00 BGN (25,56 €) applies per stay.
