By purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to the terms and conditions of its use.
1. 1.Value
Gift vouchers can be issued for any amount of your choice. Gift vouchers can be issued for any amount of your choice.
If the selected services exceed the voucher value, the difference is payable on-site.
If the services used are less than the voucher value, the remaining balance is not refundable and must be used during the stay.
2. Validity
Each voucher has a specified validity period.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either fully or partially.
After the expiry date or in case of no-show for a confirmed reservation, the voucher is considered used.
3. Usage
The voucher is personal and non-transferable.
It can be used only once for:
- Accommodation with or without breakfast
- Hotel package offers
Vouchers are not valid during special events and peak periods (international fairs and exhibitions, Hills of Rock, New Year period 29.12 – 02.01)
Gift voucher holders must contact Reception in advance to confirm their stay at the hotel, i.e., make a reservation by phone or email at least 7 days prior to the intended check-in date.
A reservation must be made at least 7 days before the intended check-in date, either by phone or email.
Any changes or cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the stay; after that, the voucher is considered used.
Present the voucher upon arrival, either printed or electronically.
4. Payment
The voucher will be issued after full prepayment within 5 calendar days from the date of the request. Payment can be made via bank transfer or on-site, in cash or by card.
5. Delivery
Vouchers are sent digitally to your email.
