PET POLICY - YOUR PET IS WELCOME TO US!
At the “Best Western Premier Plovdiv Hills” hotel, we believe that a vacation is more enjoyable when shared with your pet!
While staying with us, your pet will enjoy special amenities, such as a cozy bed and food and water bowls.
Policy and recommendations that we ask you to comply with:
- When booking, you must mention that you have a pet.
- Only dogs and cats weighing up to 20 kg are allowed. All other types of pets require prior approval from the hotel.
- For the peace and security of both your pet and our colleagues from the “Hotel Housekeeping” department, cleaning of the room is only done in its absence. Please inform the “Reception” about the time range when this condition will be met.
- Pets are not allowed in the dining areas.
- You must walk your pet on a leash in all common areas of the hotel (lobby, corridors, etc.).
- The hotel is not responsible for pets - they are the exclusive responsibility of their owners.
- Hotel guests, pet owners, are responsible for all damage and incidents caused to the hotel property during their stay at the hotel and the resulting costs.
- In the event of incidents such as bites and attacks on guests or other pets, the relevant law enforcement agencies will be notified.
- Pets must not be left unattended, except in extreme situations and for a short period of time.
- All disturbances, such as barking or whining, must be promptly stopped to ensure the comfort of other guests.
- The pet fee is 50.00 BGN for the entire stay.

- Water conservation: Changing towels and bed linen daily only upon request of guests or every 3 days of their stay.
